I am looking for people interested in software engineering willing to take on real world projects, open source. Any level is fine, but you should know at least one serious language well (C, C++, Java, Haskell etc). There are several projects that need to be done but I alone can't do it all; hence the rules are simple - I design, alone or in collaboration with you, the software, and you get to implement it. I offer help in the process so this is a chance to learn how it is done in real life, while it reduces my workload a lot. Fair deal.

Due to my limited time currently I can't take on commercial coding work (but you can always try and ask). However, I can do designs and evaluate specifications.
